As Technical Director I lead the Lab's work across Data Science, Machine Learning and GenAI, from the first conversation with a Business Unit to a product running in production while driving our grant and funding applications so our most ambitious projects have the room to move faster. What motivates me most is the team itself: mentoring engineers and researchers, raising our technical standards, and seeing people take on harder problems than they thought they could.

I'm particularly interested in explainable AI, making sure powerful capabilities are also transparent and trustworthy enough for real-world use.

For over a decade, I have driven R&D projects, managed funding from national and international agencies, and forged partnerships with technology centers and universities to transform innovation into real business impact for our clients.
